Her Story

A long-time resident of the greater Philadelphia area. Dr. Quynh Nguyen completed all of her medical training in Pennsylvania.  She has now set roots in Lower Bucks County with her family.

In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading, cooking, playing pickleball, and learning meditation exercises that promote healing and mindfulness. She lives with her beloved family -husband, son, and dog Biscuit.

Dr. Quynh received her B.S. with Honors from Thomas Jefferson University-East Falls, her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed her internship and specialty residency at Crozer Chester Medical Center and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.  She is board certified in Pediatric Medicine since 2014. 

She started her career joining the pediatric faculty at Lehigh Valley Health Network, then later with a private medical group in Philadelphia.  She has strong interests in training the next generation of pediatric health care providers, mentoring medical students and residents at all phases of her career.

In 2022, she founded Zoomies Pediatrics to establish a private micro-practice dedicated to delivering comprehensive and highly personalized medical care, providing an integrative approach to preventive care and wellness.

Dr. Quynh's particular areas of interest are lactation medicine, adolescent mental health, osteopathic manipulative medicine, and wholistic approach to chronic illnesses through lifestyle therapy of nutrition, fitness, and mindfulness.

  • Howard Hughes Medical Institute Unv. of Pennsylvania School of Medicine Laboratory of Biochem and Biophysics;  Studied molecular functions of survival motor neurons and protein product of Spinal Muscular Atrophy disease gene

  • Post-Baccalaureate Cancer Research Award Fellow at National Cancer Institute at NIH; Studied genetic markers and association in cancer susceptibility in B-cell Lymphoma

  • Gilman International Scholarship, Jamaica; Conducted and analyze water quality and its safety for human contact and health of ecosystem in concert with conservation project

  • University Research Collaboration with Academy of Natural Sciences; Studied gene expression and morphological evolving taxa of algae species in response to environmental stress
